For the storage ottoman:
Ventilation: Regularly open the ottoman to prevent moisture and bad odors from accumulating inside. Remember to move your stored items so they don't develop mold.

Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the inside of the ottoman.

Organization: For easy access, consider using storage boxes or vacuum bags for bulkier items.

For the pocket spring mattress:
Vacuuming: Regularly vacuum the mattress to remove dust and dust mites. Use a brush attachment to avoid damaging the fabric or a special brush attachment for textile furniture (sofas...).

Protection: Use a mattress protector, preferably waterproof, to protect the mattress from stains and wear. Protect your bedding, so maintenance will be done on the protective textile and not on the box spring itself.

For the removable mattress topper:
Ventilation: Regularly air out the mattress topper by exposing it to the open air, preferably outdoors. You can clean its cover with a very gentle wash, 30 degrees max, as it has a zipper.

Washing: Machine washable, delicate/hand wash program, 30 degrees max. No strong spinning. Make sure it is completely dry before putting it back on the bed.

Replacement: Consider replacing your mattress topper, which will be the most used – every 5 years – to maintain good sleep comfort.
