The idea for Maison Couleurs was born during our many travels, during nights spent in prestigious hotels : mattresses, pillows, duvets, bed... everything was so comfortable, of perfect quality that we asked ourselves questions:
We want to recapture what we feel in those beautiful hotel rooms, but HOW ?
Most of them buy their mattresses, box springs, duvets and pillows, towels and bathrobes from small specialist factories, from artisans ... who know that a good night's sleep is more than essential!
Products carefully made for the grand hotels , which are never found in retail: because these factories sign exclusive contracts with these grand sumptuous hotels.
Yet, wouldn't we be interested in these high-quality duvets, pillows, mattresses or beds?
We are looking to buy a quality product, which will have the merit of being made in Europe, by hand, with traditional methods and offering durability over time .
At Maison Couleurs, our goal is to finally offer the public these bedding items so treasured by luxury hotels. So that everyone, individuals and professionals alike, can benefit from them.
We only offer these products if you need them: thanks to our on-demand production system inspired by the luxury and custom-made industries. In short, we only manufacture them if you have ordered them . You have to be a little more patient, but that's our secret to controlling costs.
And with that, a good gesture for the environment: we avoid overproducing, over-consuming disposable products...
We wanted to look for those comfortable mattresses, those pleasant sheets, those ergonomic pillows that we find in these luxury hotels... we wanted to feel like we were in a cozy nest, at home.
Our dream turned out to be a more difficult journey than expected: between standardized goods, mass-produced by soulless machines, products found in mass distribution and big brand products, offered at astronomical prices... we were already starting to say goodbye to that comfortable hotel bed!
This is why we decided to find and contact specialized manufacturers, little known to the general public. First by buying for ourselves, then for our family, our friends, then for friends of friends because "I have friends who bought a great mattress, it's great...", then by making a name for ourselves with professionals in Europe... until finally, we had to share this with you, today!
